Where we started and how we got here.
The company grew from a frustration with how international travel was being sold — high pressure, low information, and very little room for the customer to think. We set out to change that.
The company begins with a phone and a promise
We started by supporting a small number of families travelling between the UK and South Asia — routes where getting the fare details right made a real difference to the experience.
Expanding to West Africa and the Middle East
As word spread that we explained more and pushed less, demand grew across routes to West Africa, the Gulf, and North Africa. We scaled the team to match.
Launching the first version of the website
We moved the planning process online so customers could start their search before speaking with us — keeping the human support while making the first step easier.
