How To Book

A clear path from first search to confirmed travel.

We have designed the booking process to give you time to understand your options before you commit. Every stage is explained below so you know what to expect at each point in the journey.

Step-by-Step

Follow each stage to complete your booking.

01
1

Search your route

Use the flight search on the homepage to enter your origin and destination airports, travel dates, number of passengers, and cabin class. You can search for round-trip or one-way journeys.

  • Start typing an airport name or city and select from the suggestions
  • Set a realistic departure date — allow at least a few days from today
  • Choose your cabin class before you search to filter results appropriately

Searching with flexible dates — a day or two either side of your preferred travel date — often reveals notably different fare options on the same route.

02
2

Review the flight results

The results page shows you available itineraries for your route. Take the time to compare the options carefully — direct flights and connecting flights can differ significantly in total travel time, layover duration, and fare conditions.

  • Check the total journey time, not just the flight duration
  • Review layover airports and connection times
  • Look at the airline operating the flight on each leg
  • Compare Economy and Premium Economy if cost is a consideration

A slightly longer layover can sometimes be easier to manage than a very tight connection, especially at large hub airports like Dubai or Doha.

Speak to our team

Before confirming anything, we strongly recommend calling or messaging us with your preferred itinerary. Our team will confirm pricing, explain fare conditions in plain language, and answer any questions about baggage, seating, or airline policies.

  • We will confirm whether the price shown is still available
  • We will explain what the fare includes and what it does not
  • We will advise on baggage allowances and any restrictions
  • We will answer questions about the airport, transit, or documentation

This is the most important stage. Taking ten minutes to speak with the team before booking can save significant time, money, and stress after the ticket is issued.

04
4

Confirm your details

Once you are happy with the itinerary and fare, you will need to provide accurate passenger details. These must match the travel documents you will be using exactly — any discrepancy can cause issues at check-in or border control.

  • Full name as it appears on your passport or travel document
  • Date of birth for all passengers including children and infants
  • Passport or national ID number and expiry date
  • Nationality and country of residence
  • Contact number and email address for booking confirmation

5

Complete payment and receive your ticket

Payment is taken once all details are confirmed and the fare is locked in. After payment is processed, you will receive a booking confirmation and, once ticketed, your e-ticket reference by email. Keep these documents saved securely as you will need them at check-in.

Booking confirmation

Sent by email immediately after payment is received. Contains your booking reference and summary.

E-ticket

Issued once the airline confirms the booking. Usually arrives within a few hours of payment.

After-sales support

Our team remains available for questions, changes, and support after the ticket is issued.

Fare Types

Understanding what your ticket includes.

Different fare types offer different levels of flexibility. We explain these before you book so you can choose the right balance of cost and flexibility for your situation.

Fare type Changes allowed Refundable Baggage Best for
Economy Standard With fee Non-refundable 1 bag (23kg) Confirmed travel with fixed dates
Economy Flex Yes Partial 1–2 bags Travellers who may need to change dates
Premium Economy Yes Partial 2 bags (23kg) More space and comfort on long-haul
Business Class Yes Yes 2–3 bags (32kg) Professionals and long-haul comfort travel
First Class Yes Yes 3 bags (32kg) Premium travel with full flexibility

Exact terms vary by airline and route. Our team will confirm the specific conditions for your chosen fare before you book.

Before You Travel

A checklist to keep your journey on track.

Once your ticket is confirmed, there are a number of things to check and prepare in advance. We recommend going through this list at least two weeks before departure.

Passport and boarding pass travel preparation
  • Passport validityCheck your passport has at least six months validity beyond your return date. Some destinations require more.
  • Visa requirementsConfirm whether you need a visa for your destination and any transit countries. Check the official embassy or government website for your nationality.
  • Online check-inMost airlines open online check-in 24 to 48 hours before departure. Check in early to secure your preferred seat.
  • Baggage allowanceReview your e-ticket for the exact baggage allowance and make sure your bags comply before you arrive at the airport.
  • Airport transferPlan how you will get to the airport and how long it will take. Allow more time than you think you need, especially during peak periods.
  • Travel insuranceWe recommend arranging travel insurance for all international journeys. It can cover cancellations, medical expenses, and baggage loss.
  • Contact details savedSave the airline's contact number and our team number on your phone in case you need support at the airport or during transit.
